Returns & Exchanges

We want you to feel confident when shopping with us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of delivery to request a return or exchange.

Items must be unworn, unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging. Custom-made, personalized, and final-sale items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Structured hats, crowns, masks, and sculptural costumes are packed in protective boxes with additional internal support. Gift packaging may be available upon request.

Tracking InformationA shipping confirmation and tracking number will be provided after the order has been dispatched. Tracking updates may take 2–5 business days to appear for international shipments.

Gift PackagingAvailable for an additional fee at checkout. Products are wrapped in premium tissue paper and presented in a decorative gift box with ribbon. A personalized message card may be included upon request. Prices and gift receipts are omitted from gift-packaged orders.
